What is 

 

Laser Hair Removal 

High intensity laser beam directed to hair follicle. Damages cell at root

of hair preventing further growth. can be used on face, bikini, most areas

of body. Best treated on new hairs.  Several treatments normally required. 

Probably wont remove all hair permanently. 

Regrowth might be paler and weaker. 

Dose't work on platinum, blonde or grey hair.   

Micro-dermabrasion 
Non invasive exfoliation.  Gently polishes top surface of skin, removes
dead skin cells, impurities.  Can be used to treat old scares, acne, sun-damage, lines & wrinkles.. Suitable for most skin types.
Two types machine used
1)  Crystal Microdermabrasion machine using aluminum oxide crystals, second hardest minerals after diamonds.  At high speed, exfoliating
crystals circulated onto skin, whilst a vacumn sucks away dirt, crystals, dead skin cells. 
 2) Diamond tipped re-surfacing wands. Harder than crystals.
Different size wands & coarsness, removes dead cells, resurfaces.

Trigger point therapy  

Similar: to deep tissue massage, massage therapy..

Knots & nodules triggering pain in muscles caused by sports injuries,

overwork, neck and jaw pain, stress, fatigue, consistent headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome.. the therapist works with you, identifies the source, applying pressure etc.. deep breathing, manipulation, physio and stretching.
